Why Invest In The 1-Bedroom Unit in Pasir Ris 8?

When it is completed in the 2030s, the new Terminal 5 is equipped to handle up to 50 million passengers annually and thus creating a significant number of jobs in the eastern part of Singapore.  Taking this into consideration, we may foresee an increase in the expatriate workforce from the aviation sector taking up employment in Singapore.  As such, demand for accommodation near the Aviation Park such as Pasir Ris 8 may increase.  Thus the availability of 1-bedroom units in the Pasir Ris 8 Floor Plan will help to meet the potential demand for rental units from aviation professionals working in the area.
